The APM has sponsored this review of the practical adoption ofagile methodology in project management in the North West.

The objective of the study was to understand the extent to which agile tools techniques and roles arepractically in place in corporate project management methodologies; to determine the level of agilecommitment, e.g. pilot, full use, selective based on need, as well as drivers for selection or de-selectionof the methodology.
